A little background before we begin.

• Your data is completely private since it is not saved to any servers.

• However, this means if you use a different browser or computer, you will start a new log for each device.
• Be sure you start your log on the device you plan to use regularly (such as your phone).
• In order to pass your log from one device to another, use the provided Export and Load-Data features.
